Welcome to Malden Car Service. By booking and using our luxury limo services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Passenger”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Reservations & Bookings: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized third-party platforms.A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation.The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
Payment & Billing: Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer (for corporate accounts only), or other accepted payment methods. Credit Card is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, waiting time, extra stops, and damage caused to the vehicle.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Sedan & SUV Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid charges.
Stretch Limousines & Specialty Vehicles: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
Event Bookings: A non-refundable deposit may be required.
No-Shows: Failure to appear at the pickup location without prior notice will result in a full charge.
Waiting Time: A complimentary 45-minute waiting period is included for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. After this period, additional waiting time will be billed at the hourly rate.
Non-Airport Pickups: A 15-minute grace period is provided, after which waiting time fees may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Conduct & Vehicle Usage: Passengers must comply with all laws, including seatbelt usage. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the vehicle. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party. Excessive intoxication or misconduct may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
Liability & Disclaimer: We strive to provide timely and reliable service but are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or uncontrollable events. Lost or forgotten items in the vehicle are not the Company’s responsibility. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in case of mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances.
